This website is operated by Taylor Land & Construction(“we,” “us”). We collect only what you choose to give us, we use it only to respond to you about your property or portfolio, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you request a proposal, we collect the details you submit: the services you need, the number of sites, property locations, your desired start, your company, role, name, email, phone, bid due date, notes, and any files you attach (such as a site list or RFP). Standard technical information (such as IP address) is processed to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

Files you attach

Attached files are checked for type and size, then emailed to our business inbox with your request. This website does not store them.

How we use it

• To respond to your proposal request
• To schedule site walks and manage your work
• To send vendor documents you ask for, such as our COI and W-9
• To protect this site from spam and abuse

Your information is delivered to our business email and kept in the customer-management system we use to run the business. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Cookies and third parties

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from bots. Turnstile may set functional cookies for that purpose. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
