What's included

The final scope is confirmed at the site walk and written into your proposal.

  • Lot plowing

Lots cleared on a zero-tolerance or trigger-depth schedule, windrowed or hauled when needed, and open before your first customer arrives.

  • Sidewalks and entrances

Walkways and entries shoveled, cleared, and treated. Those are the surfaces where slip-and-fall liability sits.

  • Salting and pre-treatment

De-icing after the push and pre-treatment ahead of the storm, so surfaces stay workable instead of freezing solid.

  • 24/7 storm response

Storms don't keep business hours. Routes run overnight so the lot is done when the sun comes up.

Where it fits

  • Retail and restaurant sites
  • Office buildings
  • Industrial and warehouse sites
  • Medical and 24-hour facilities

How we schedule it

Routes run overnight and through the storm. Medical and 24-hour sites go first, and you hear from us when conditions change.

Snow program detail

  • Written response triggers

Zero-tolerance or trigger-depth (1 inch, 2 inches, or custom) per site, agreed in advance. Nobody makes a judgment call at 5 AM, and there's no dispute about when service was owed.

  • Time-stamped service logs

Every visit is logged: arrival, work performed, material applied, departure. The record goes in your file for the slip-and-fall claim that never goes anywhere.

  • Pre-treatment on request

Anti-icing ahead of forecast events. The cheapest snow event is the one that never bonds to the pavement.

  • 24/7 storm operations

Overnight routes, staffing for the length of the storm, and updates when conditions change. You hear from us before your tenants call you.

A closed lot costs more than snow removal ever will.

Lost sales, employees who can't park, and the slip-and-fall claim from an untreated sidewalk. One bad storm morning can cost more than a season of professional service. Our crews run overnight routes with trigger depths in writing, so the call is made before the first flake falls.

Taylor Land & Construction was formerly Taylor Landscape and has been family-owned since 2001. The commercial snow routes, crews, trucks, and standards carry over under the new name.

How a winter agreement works

  1. 01

    Property walk

We walk your lot and sidewalks and map the push zones, snow storage, and priority entrances.

  2. 02

    Seasonal agreement

Seasonal or per-push contract with response triggers in writing. You know exactly what happens at 2 inches and at 6.

  3. 03

    Winter, handled

When the storm hits, we're already routed. You open on time, and we send the service log.
