How we schedule it

Maintenance runs on a written schedule set around store and office hours. Installation work is scoped and dated in the proposal before anything goes in the ground.

How a job runs

  1. 01

    Site walk

We walk the property with you, confirm the scope, and note access, traffic, and operating hours.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

You get the scope and price in writing for each site. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. 03

    Scheduled work

Work is booked around your hours and your tenants. You know the dates before we arrive.

  4. 04

    Documented closeout

We close out in writing with dated photos of the finished work. Snow events include time-stamped service logs.
