Commercial concrete for sidewalks, curbs, approaches, and pads
We replace failed sections, pour new flatwork, and repair trip hazards at retail, office, industrial, and managed properties, statewide across Oklahoma and for multi-state portfolios. Every job is scoped in writing and scheduled around your hours.

What's included
The final scope is confirmed at the site walk and written into your proposal.
Sidewalks and walkways
New walks, and replacement of cracked, heaved, or settled sections along storefronts and entrances.
Curbs
Curb repair and replacement where curbs are broken, crumbling, or damaged by plows and traffic.
Drive approaches
Entrance and drive approaches where the lot meets the street or access drive.
Pads
Concrete pads for equipment, dumpster enclosures, and other site needs.
Section and panel replacement
Saw-cut removal and replacement of individual failed panels instead of the whole slab.
Trip-hazard repair
Raised joints and offsets repaired on walkways that see foot traffic.
Where it fits
- Retail centers and single-tenant stores
- Office and medical buildings
- Industrial and warehouse sites
- Multi-site portfolios under one agreement
How we schedule it
Concrete work is sequenced so entrances stay usable. We plan which sections close and when, and put that in the proposal before any concrete comes out.
How a job runs
- 01
Site walk
We walk the property with you, confirm the scope, and note access, traffic, and operating hours.
- 02
Written proposal
You get the scope and price in writing for each site. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- 03
Scheduled work
Work is booked around your hours and your tenants. You know the dates before we arrive.
- 04
Documented closeout
We close out in writing with dated photos of the finished work. Snow events include time-stamped service logs.
Request a Proposal
Tell us about the property or portfolio. Attach a site list or RFP if you have one, and we'll reply with questions or a proposal.
Useful to include
Your site list or RFP, what's needed at each site, and any bid due date, store-hours limits, or access rules.
